About:

My name is Jeff, I am a student at Sam Barlow High School and I have a passion for cars. I have grown up around hot wheels and legos and have been a die-hard Ford fan since I was young. I grew up around my Dad's 1978 Ford Bronco and his 1976 Ford Bronco. We never wrenched on them much, but I always loved listening to them start up. Something about the sound of those V8 Fords got my adrenaline pumping. My dad passed down his 1978 Ford Bronco to me when I turned 16. It was my daily driver for the past two years until I got my 1991 Ford Mustang GT in September of 2008. This was my first muscle car. We picked it up for $4200 and the body was straight as a board and the paint was gorgeous. It was fully loaded with leather interior, automatic transmission, factory AC, power windows, power door locks, power mirrors, premium speakers and a 140mph guage cluster. It also had 19lb injectors, underdrive pullies, a BBK strut tower bar, Edelbrock 70mm throttle body, a C&L 76mm Mass Air Flow, a Cold Air Intake, a superchip, and front/rear sway bars. After we got it, I replaced the front rotors and pads and the clock spring. I dropped in an Optima RedTop, a large, custom stereo system, a 130amp 3G alternator, and a few other goodies, and my Mustang was good to go. Currently I am saving to buy and install an aftermarket Lentech Valve Body for the AOD transmission and some 3.73:1 Ford Racing Gears w/a Carbon Disc Traction-Loc Rebuild Kit as well as a 5-lug conversion kit. Anyway, I am currently finishing up my senior year in highschool and plan to attend The Uinersity of Idaho next year. I am pursuing Mechanical Engineering with an interest in Renewable Energy but am leaving options open for different career choices. Cars are my passion. When I was young, everytime my dad would start up the Bronco I would run outside just to listen to the exhaust and stare at the paint. The deep, choppy idle and the sun gleaming off of the Sikkens metallic silver paint got me hooked. Since then I have immersed myself in the car culture.

Cars are my life but there are a few other things I enjoy. I love wakeboarding during the summer. I also like to golf and snow ski. Unfortunatly I haven't been able to do a lot of that due to the expensive lift tickets and the shitty economy. I also have pushed myself throughout school and challenged myself with higher level classes and coursework. I have a lovely girlfriend named Shelley who has put up with my bullshit for the past two years. My co-pilot is Ethan Borden, a kick-ass  video-production student from MHCC.

Actually, yes, you're right.
However when it starts to smell like burnt hair, it's time to take a break.

LF Watson 134 Best way to get inverted...Shorten the rope, Drop it down to about 12-15mph and just start hucking front rolls and back rolls. slowly start letting the rope back out and bumping up the speed till your doing it at normal ride length. They wont be preety till you let the rope back out but at least youll get the feel for being upside down.

Was an AKL for about 2.5 months. Just wasn't for me. Some folks dig it, others don't. AGR is a good house if you are into outdoors, camping, etc. Both of those houses are hard to get into though. You HAVE to make rush week if you are interested. Politics of the Enivronment was the only course during my entire college career that I feel I was docked points for my political philosophy. I'm not afraid to tell folks exactly what I think. Don Crowly is the dean, chat with him if you are interested. Nice guy, good personality. Bring up Bowling if you want an in. ;)

My degree is in Psychology, but I did a lot of business writing and political science. I think I'm 2 classes away from a minor in both. I will probably get either a MBA or a JD in the next few years though. You can't go wrong with Engineering at U of I. One of the best programs in the west!

the irs swap is straight forward here is the site for step by step for a fox body
http://www.mouthbreather.net/IRSSWAP.HTML
the only thing they dont tell you is the offset for the wheels on your car so they dont rub the fender wells. but if you have a good tire shop avail they can do the foot work I reccomend running 18's rear and 17's front unless you are going to do the front upgrade as well. let me know if you need any help.
