No Rally App this year?

Obviously, there isn't a BR Live rally-related app this year, or we would have heard about it somehow.  Will the stuff from last year still work, like the Android Klutch22 thing?  No one else had it, or had it turned on anyway...

But it looks like the Home page will have a kind of map with a rally marker of a kind on it.
