Andy has said in the past that anyone can audition, if they are picked though, it's up to you to work out shipping. I think that's just for overseas nations though. Canadians should be no problem. I'm crossing my fingers that a Canadian team (that actually lives in Canada) makes it onto the show. Last season despite Andy saying that Marcus of team Ferrari was Canadian, he resides in California and has lived there for years.
