Hell yeah that's a barbed treble hook. Get a pair of Dikes and cut off the lure, then cut off the part of the hook that not sticking out of your leg. Get a lot of anti-bacterial cleaner and a couple of Shots of whiskey. Yank & Clean.

Actually...Thats what I did!! Used some Needle nose plyers
It was barbed so it did not want to come without a fight!! Funny thing was it didnt really bleed alot....Quick question, the barb was stainless, do I need a Tetnus??

ive done it to the part between the thumb and trigger finger....i can still feel it to this day hahaha
