My suggestion would be to set up a cruise of some sort, post it on the forum and other car club sites. Get people to make a profile here and start posting.
Set up regular runs and then inform info@bullrun.com of your events. the members you have and how many events you have done and have planned for the future. Promote it as a bullrun fan chapter event. (Don't say you are the official bullrun because you are not).
Show the Bullrun floks that you can do it regularly and who knows what will happen from there.
It's really not that difficult to organize these types of events. I set up 4 - 6 a year. They range from 1 day cruises to 3+ day long events with overnight stays at hotels with dinners and entertainment.
It does take a lot of time and a huge commitment, but it's a lot of fun to set these things up and see people enjoying your event.
Good luck and don't be afraid to ask questions I don't mind answering them if I can.
The biggest problem I had
The biggest problem I had here in Dayton was interest. No one wants to do anything right now.

I had an idea just have a road rally by Bullrun fans and maybe have stops that had you trying to find GEOCACHES for clues to next location's or other kind of tasks that you have to acomplish to move onto the next location, then take a collection to donate money to a good cause. Anyone done any of the road rally's and ever set one up?

.hey man, im not sure where in wisconsin you are located though i think ive seen your car around before, Im located in milwaukee. Me and a bunch of other local car guys formed a car club a few years back and meet every tuesday night at Brew City BBQ (we used to meet at Pandls before it closed) When the weather was nice and summertimes was around, we held a car show every tuesday night and now that our cars are in storage, we still meet every tuesday night and just talk about cars. The usual group member cars include a Ferrari 328, 67 GTO, Camaro, few mustangs, GTOs, Audi RS6, Lingenfelter SSR, bunch of Porsches, couple bimmers, corvettes (including a guy named Mark with a new ZR1), and alot of other cool exotics or muscle cars. Were just a bunch of car guys that hang out and do stuff with cars whether itd be going down to great lakes dragway, going on a cruise or driving up to Road America for races. Heatseeker, I bet the majority of our club would be very supportive of a Bullrun chapter and rallies..
