...They should get me on this season, cuz my husbands' been talking to his new boss, and my car's gonna be kickin arse all over the place, come next season...
New chrome Corsa exhaust from headers back = 10HP
Hypertech performance chip = no governor (YAY)
K&N Performance cold air intake = 5 HP
New vented, slotted 14" RCI brake rotors + ceramic brake pads = able to stop large hungry beast
Smaller supercharger pulley, spark plugs that fire at a lower temp, yadda yadda
All this and more for a WICKED labour discount if they are allowed to use my car for advertising. They wanna use my car to Dyno first, install upgrade, then Dyno again to show the improvement in performance. I said "Um, OK"!! From what they have said, they should be able to take my car from 280 HP up to AT LEAST 315 HP (Plus, of course, the much meaner supercharger)
EEEEEEE! I can't wait!!! Nothing will be better than racing this beast! I have also decided to trade my kickboxing classes for some driving classes, cuz after the night i got to ride around a motocross course in a porsche carrera GTP, it made me realize EXACTLY how much skill is behind the wheel that I lack. My dad may know how to handle that, but I got some work to do!
So I start paying (Ouch!!) for the new brakes next month. Once the brakes are done, we move to intake, then to exhaust. If I am lucky, my hunny might even buy a a pretty awesome bday gift for me next month!
So, just to be fair to everyone else on the show, maybe they should put me on before I turn a car with pretty good power and mileage and a realy good driver with a good navigator, into a car with retarded power and even better mileage, and two drivers that can both navigate, and know how to handle her properly! (with a pretty neat bicycle!!)
*Update* Have decided to go with the cold air intake first - won't add much for power, but should up responsivness and gas mileage, I can install it in my driveway, and it costs about half of what my brakes will cost. THEN I get to talk brakes!
Wow - just got the package - underestimated the horsepower gain by a smidge - should be getting between 10-13 HP after I install it - YAY!

Your doing great!
Sounds like your not just sitting back, but getting the !@#$ done... You go girl!
*toothsome grin*
It's going to be pretty awesome! I will try to do as much as I can at home, but I have alot of friends to call on for instructions if needed! I decided to go with the cold air intake first - cheapest way to start, and can install with minimal fuss in my driveway. Thanks so much for the kudos, Aaron!
