Nice, but like the others said, between the wings would look better. It's all about balance.

I'm no graphid designer but I also think stack the name and then maybe put another feather on each wing.

things that are in even numbers are more visually appealing like 2's, 4's, 6's etc... In a one on each side type of way, framing.

If you ever decide on one I'd be happy to make it for you... Here's a quick freehand idea.

Pontiac... I was a little bored so I played around with your pics a little... Hope you don't mind.

I ilke the team pontiac you dressed up from Syclones freehand.  Thinking some color is needed? Sweet stuff though.  Got me thinking. Now I have to come up with something. 

Team Old School Trans Am.  Gotta have something with big hair and arena rock feel, or something disco related.  The car is from 79, sort of the end of the 70's. 

Thoughts?

No... I do a little vinyl work for mad money to put into the SYCLONE but all the graphics  I do are self taught messing around with PSP.

No schooling for me... just a desire and passion for sharing my talents.

One thing I noticed about your designs... is they are spread out like you are afraid to overlap things. An overall tip for bettering your designs might be to experiment with overlaps. Be sure to use multiple layers so they can be adjusted easily until you get something you like.

Specifically for thisd design... Try to bring "TEAM" down, shrink it a bit and place it behind (or in front) of the roof of the car just enough (we all know what the word is so it's ok to lose some of the letters) Then you could move "OLD" up a bit closer to the rear wheel. That leaves a balanced image to make "SCHOOL" bigger and across the bottom of the image. It's ok if it is behind or even in front of the vehicle a little, we'll recognize it.

This does two things... you want viewers to focus on "OLD SCHOOL" more than "TEAM" because thats the name they chose.  Second, by having the "OLD" and "SCHOOL" closer to each other if flows more like one word or concept so to say. Do you follow me?

I am no expert or anything, that's just my opinion and how I wold view that image.

yeah i know that old school logo was a little detailed,  its all i could think up really. i was hoping you could come in and simplify it and make it better
