What would you rather deal with when doing the race?
Someone who is passive aggressive, or someone who is active aggressive?
Which one is the most destructive in your mind when you are trying to compete with other teams?
Is it easier for you to handle someone who won't be overtly angry and the tension will linger, or to handle someone who just explodes and then is done?
