The car is built for long distance road trips. Some of my favorite roads are the coastal highways of California/Oregon and the canyon drives out by Zion National Park. This in mind this car has been built not only for long road trips but presise handling. This car can fly though narrow tight courses or settle down and cruise at highway speeds very quietly. Modifications to date include:
Front strut brace to firewall and optional engine torque arm
Rear strut brace
Racing seats and harnesses
Momo Steering wheel
Mazdatrix Short shifter kit
HKS intake kit
Racing beat stainless dual exhaust package (headers to mufflers, complete)
Hawk brake pads
Cross drilled rotors
17" wheels and 240km/h speed rated tires including spare (will be upgrading to Perelli's this year)
Racing beat performance springs and sway bars with polyurithane bushings
Tokico Gas Shocks
Mazdatrix Spark Plug Wires
Mazdatrix Rear Steer Eliminator Kit
These are only the performance minded upgrades, anything beyond that and there is lots is listed on my car domain site. Anything else mechanical has been stock repairs or replacement of complete systems to ensure reliability. Nothing to extreme to the car as I want it to be a nice driver that can also perform beyond expectation when needed.
